2nd Half Marathon and New Personal Best
Sunday was my second of three Half Marathons. This time it was Berkhamstead, just north of Watford. A tough race with lots of hills but beautiful scenery. It rained throughout the race soaking all the runners, a new and unpleasant experience for me. I was late getting to the start line, no suprise there then, and so had to start right at the front with the professional runners. They went of like a rocket at the start which was a humbling experience. Bex said I looked like a rabbit in headlights. I was overtaken by everyone for the first few miles, at one point I felt like I was going backwards, but eventually settled down with the right group for me. The last few miles were agony but I shaved 23 seconds of my personal best and reckon I could do more if the conditions were better. I need to get under 1hr 50mins at the Reading Half Marathon to be well on track for a 4hr Marathon.

They say you can play online Madden game tournaments on any console for cash... had anyone tried that before? Looks like a cool idea...
Are there any other sites where you can play sports games for real moneys? I Googled and found only Bringit.com and Worldgaming.com but it looks these guys don't specialize in sport gamez. Any suggestions?

Loyalty Bonus. This is exactly as it sounds. All honest online casinos, and offline ones too, want to keep hold of their good returning customers, and will offer loyalty bonuses, including free casino chips, as a result.
But the best indicator of an honest online casino is by personal recommendation. This also includes affiliation of such casinos into trusted casino websites and portals. If an offer of free casino chips is made by an online casino on such a site then it can probably be trusted.
Do you want to know how to take the maximum advantage of the bonuses and promotions that the different online casinos offer? onlinecasinos5.com spills the secrets of exactly how you can do it! A case study released by onlinecasinos5.com showed the following scenario that utilizes the optimal strategy to leverage your casino deposit to your advantage. This technique will work on ALL online casinos not just onlinecasinos5.com. This is what happened with an "ideal" client in this case study:

- Understand the set-up of the game on the site you're visiting. Make sure you know what you're clicking and why. It can be very confusing with all the bells and whistles and buttons flashing at you. Know the function of anything you click. If you cannot navigate your way around the game properly, use support tools the site may offer.
First, never choose a casino on the sole basis of his ranking in the search engine results. They are not necessarily good rankings on how a casino. You must go through several online casino sites to compare the benefits in detail and then make a decision. For example, should offer a bonus and, if so, how much. Are there any special promotions available?
4. Online casinos regularly offer big bonuses that can take the form of: (i) signing-up bonus that gets you started off; (ii) bonuses that can be cashed; (iii) bonuses that cannot be cashed, and (iv) cash back bonus, which is paid if the player loses. No traditional offline casino offers so many bonuses!

Finding the right sports books and bookmakers to use for your arbitrage sports betting can be a daunting task with the internet now they are everywhere. The list of crooked bookmaking sites that have helped part people with their money and robbed them of their winnings grows longer every day. Being enlightened about this all sports bettors should do their due diligence before signing up with any bookmaker and be sure of their reputation as well as their guarantees on return of winnings. Almost all sports betting sites will have reviews so read them before making your decision on which one you go with.
The Parlay System is one of the most famous of betting systems that are commonly used in horse racing. Many have said that contrary to other sports betting systems, the Parlay System has a pyramiding effect on your profit which means your winnings are played on successive wagers.
betting on sports
The Martingale System is probably the most famous sports betting system on the planet and actually has nothing to do with choosing the winner of an event but is more concerned with the right odds and money lines. It seems that the gist of the system is that it looks at the statistical probabilities of how many times in a row one may lose and is put into action by placing a bet and then betting again if you win.
The problem is, most people wouldn't know where to begin if they had to devise their own worthwhile Selection System, and those clever enough to be able to do so simply wouldn't have the time to do it (it is an arduous task). In fact, there are only two groups of people who do bother to spend the time and money to do so properly: (i) Bookies and (ii) sports tipsters. However, while you can be 100% sure that all Bookies operate a good Selection System (but they won't share it with you), you can be sure that 99% of so-called expert tipsters don't. The number of tipsters doing a proper job on the Internet can probably be counted on the fingers of just two hands.

Traditional banking has always been a brick and mortar building where you go to deposit or withdraw money.
This banking Internet option has been very popular not only for customers who want to have some control over their account without having to go to the bank but for banks as well whose man hours have been freed up from performing simple tasks like balance inquiries, account transfers, and the like because the customer does it himself with banking Internet.
This is the truest form of banking Internet simply because these banks only exist online.
This is amazing and makes traveling a lot less stressful as well because with banking Internet you always know where your account stands.
Online Banking Features
Historically banks were institutions that held your money under lock and key.
Traditional banks have monitored the popularity and growth of the internet, and realising customers wanted greater control of their affairs, have created their own internet banking web sites.
These banks, and all other internet banking continue to grow in popularity because they are convenient, saving customers time and money.
Online Banking Features
Paying bills, transferring funds and just plain monitoring your account are all possible with minimal stress whether you are ravelling, holidaying or working anywhere in the world.
Although you cannot predict outcome of any bingo game, yet, you can be persistent and optimistic of winning a game of online bingo by following such simple and easy strategies.
bingo online play bingo One of the winning systems is to play with fewer bingo cards. Most bingo players play with many bingo cards to increase their chances of a win at the game. However, playing with fewer cards provides the best odds of the game as your chances of making a big win are higher. Another bingo system in action functions according to the theory of probability. Balls from a bingo machine come out at random, which means that no one can predict emergence of any particular number. In the same vein, you can employ the probability theory to gauge the next number to emerge from the machine. Random drawing of numbers means laws of probability govern selection of balls and their appearance in a uniform distribution pattern.

If you do not know anyone who uses the gaming sites or you want some additional reinforcement your first port of call should be an online bingo community. By reading reviews by other people who use the Bingo sites, you will be able to get a feel for the different sites that exist and make a more qualified decision about which one you would like to use. The knowledge concerning different sites and what other users consider important about them is an invaluable tool for the new online Bingo player. Whether it is for fun or for money, there needs to be an element of integrity within the site and a potential for the player to win the game. The knowledge of other users concerning specific sites will tell the new online Bingo player whether the site is for real or is just masquerading in order to harvest the players email addresses in order to bombard them with spam, or worse con them out of their hard earned cash. This can all be avoided with research and trying before you buy, as mentioned earlier the best places to scope out bingo sites is by using a review site or Bingo members forum.
bingo online
What you have to do is, coordinate the numbers that are called out by the host with what you have on our sheet, aiming at filling up a pattern reading bingo. The pattern would be announced at the beginning of the game, so you have to be careful to know what pattern you are looking out for. The cards have the b-i-n-g-o letters on rows and numbers running as a column. A host would call out a letter-number combination, which you would have to mark on your sheet. For example if I-34 is called, you will have to look at the I column down to search for number 34. In case you have it, you place a market on it, and so on.
10.) Try making friends at different online bingo sites. You can always receive useful advice and lean more game techniques through such online bingo friends. play free bingo online Another bingo system functions through the positions in the bingo card. Every bingo card has 24 numbers with a free spot in the middle. All 24 numbers have strategic positions in the bingo card while the remaining numbers occupy dead positions or squares. Probability of winning combinations occupying strategic positions is high. The dead squares come into force only in bingo combinations occurring in horizontal or vertical positions. free bingo game If you do not know anyone who uses the gaming sites or you want some additional reinforcement your first port of call should be an online bingo community. By reading reviews by other people who use the Bingo sites, you will be able to get a feel for the different sites that exist and make a more qualified decision about which one you would like to use. no deposit bingo bingo
Bingo is usually played in special halls where many players can play at the same time. The actual fun is the tension building up seeing other players closer and closer to the finish line. However, with the advent of the Internet, BINGO has gone online as well. There are many ways to play on the net, though the basics remain the same. You will have to complete a given pattern before anyone else in order to win. Over the net, you need not shout the computer will flash it out for you. Some online games also have chat attached to the games where you can speak with other players online and have fun right from your home, office or any other place where you can get on the net. Chatting is a great way to meet new people and pick up the tips and tricks.

The business offers a solitary hotdeal gia re for every operating working day in every single of the marketplaces it serves. The Groupon capabilities as an assurance offer employing ThePoint's system: if a specific number of people indication up for the offer you, then the deal gets accessible to all if the predetermined minimum is not fulfilled, no a single receives the offer that day. This lowers danger for merchants, who can deal with the discount coupon codes as amount price cut rates as properly as income advertising devices. Groupon tends to make money by attempting to preserve about half the funds the consumer pays for the coupon.
For illustration, an $80 massage could be obtained by the consumer for $forty by way of Groupon, and then Groupon and the retailer would split up the $40. That is, the retailer provides a therapeutic therapeutic massage valued at $80 and gets about $20 from Groupon for it (beneath a fifty%/fifty% break up). Or, if $240 benefit of house portray businesses is obtained by the purchaser for $fifty by signifies of Groupon, then the organization receives $20 five and Groupon retains $twenty 5. The shopper gets the therapeutic massage, or the property portray company, in these illustrations, from the retailer for which they initially compensated $40 (or $50) to Groupon. There are specific organizations to which Groupon at very first did not supply you its vendors, like capturing ranges and strip golf equipment nevertheless, capturing ranges have been highlighted on Groupon.
Not like categorized advertising, the provider provider does not spend out any upfront price to take part: Groupon collects personal data from inclined customers and then contacts only these customers, largely by daily e-mail, who might perhaps almost certainly be fascinated in a particular merchandise or solutions.
Groupon employs a huge quantity of copywriters who draft descriptions for the provides highlighted by e mail and on the website. Groupon's advertising textual articles for the 'deals' has been witnessed as a contributing factor to the acceptance of the internet internet site, featuring a exclusive mix of in depth easy reality-inspecting and witty humor.
Owing to Groupon's business turning into mostly composed of female clients, the bargains are generally centered on the all round overall health, health and attractiveness marketplaces.
There are achievable difficulties with the firm layout. For occasion, a successful provide could rapidly swamp a very small company with way also many buyers, jeopardizing a possibility that clients will be dissatisfied, or that there will not be sufficient remedy to satisfy the want. Gap, a big attire retailer, was capable to handle 445,000 discount codes in a countrywide offer (even although it experienced server concerns at 1 stage), but a much more compact business could change into abruptly flooded with customers. A solitary espresso keep in Portland, Oregon struggled with an increase in buyers for a few months, when it presented around to one particular,000 Groupons on the a single working day it was introduced, in accordance to 1 particular report. In response to associated difficulties, Groupon officers situation that 'deal' subscriptions ought to be capped in advance to a smart range.
